If you use the emergency service, please notify us as soon as possible, particularly if your pet is hospitalized.

We schedule our services by appointment and only allow disruption for pets needing emergency care. For new clients, we request you come in 10 minutes early to complete our paperwork. For your convenience we also allow drop-off services for established clients. This service allows your pet to be seen as soon as possible when an appointment time is not available.

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. We recommend cats be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
